The first event will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, in the Mara Conference Center of Trotter Hall and will include two speakers:

Mal Hoover, certified medical illustrator, will present, "What about copyright?" showing an example of how to create an illustration similar to another, but making sure it does not violate copyright laws.

Gina Scott, software support, will present, "I choose service for $500," exploring the areas of customer service in regards to computer software and programming.

Refreshments will be provided.
