Up ‘til Dawn announces celebration event
Up ‘til Dawn is a student-led college philanthropy that raises awareness and funds for St. Jude's Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. This is its 12th year on the K-State campus, and the organization is looking forward to sending a record amount of money to St. Jude’s.
Throughout the year, Kansas State’s Up ‘til Dawn has been raising money donations from businesses and individuals. To celebrate the successful year, Up ‘til Dawn will be hosting an event at the K-State recreation complex from 10 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday. Festivities include live entertainment, inflatable games and other activities throughout the night. There will also be donated food from Jimmy John’s, Olive Garden, Chipotle and Buffalo Wild Wings and more than $1,000 in prizes. This event is free for registered participants or only $5 for nonregistered participants.
