Hospitality management senior receives $4,000 scholarship
Ariel Williams, a senior in the hospitality management department, has received one of only four national $4,000 scholarships awarded by the New Jersey Club Foundation.
A business minor, she has been an active member of the Club Managers Association of America, or CMAA, student chapter at K-State. She intends to use the scholarship to complete the level 1 sommelier exam and attend the 2016 CMAA World Conference in San Diego.
The New Jersey Club Foundation gives scholarships to students in accredited four-year universities who have demonstrated a sincere desire through their actions to pursue a career in Club Management.
