Are you ready for 'What's Next?' Follow up after the career fair
Are you interested in learning how to follow up with company representatives after the career fair or after an interview?
If so, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, or SHPE, invites you to a workshop at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in 1044 Rathbone Hall. The guest speaker is Carlos Rodriquez, K-State alumnus with a degree in architectural engineering and working for the U.S. Army. Rodriquez will talk about "What's Next?" after attending the career fair, ways to follow up, and share tips on how to keep in touch with companies even if you don't get the position for which you were applying.
Students are encouraged to bring questions for a Q-and-A session at the end. The society also will provide food at the event. All students are invited. Hope to see you there!
