Philosophy professor to lecture in Astana, Kazakhstan
Jon Mahoney, philosophy professor, will deliver a lecture on "Democracy and Religious Freedom" to Nazarbaev University, Astana, Kazakhstan, on April 17. In his talk, Mahoney will be examining some of the more controversial state religion policies in Central Asia.
