Parker lectures, performs at Society for American Music Conference
Craig B. Parker, associate professor of music history, presented his paper, "Philanthropist Huntington Hartford and His Influence on American Music," at the 41st annual conference of the Society for American Music in Sacramento on March 5. He also directed the SAM Brass Band in a concert of 19th- and early 20th-century American music for brass band at that conference on March 7.
