Consent now to receive your 2013 W-2 electronically

Submitted by Cindy Sicard

State of Kansas employees now have the ability to securely view and print their W-2 forms online through State of Kansas Employee Self Service. It’s safe, secure and convenient. All you need to do is access the State of Kansas Employee Self Service website and give your consent. It’s as easy as 1-2-3 as listed on the Electronic W-2 Information flyer.

W-2s for calendar year 2013 will be available electronically in early January 2014. Printed W-2s for 2013 will be mailed in late January 2014 to employees who do not consent to receive the information electronically through the State of Kansas Employee Self Service.

Questions regarding electronic W-2 may be directed to hroffice@k-state.edu.
