Funding

Student Governing Association provides a variety of funding opportunities for student organizations and on-campus entities. The following pages provide information and links to different funding applications.

Student Allocations Committee

The Student Allocations Committee (SAC) receives and reviews the on-campus and travel funding requests submitted by student organizations on campus. SAC is responsible for choosing whether to fund these groups based on the merits and educational value of the events. Learn more about SAC.

Community Engagement Committee

Part of the Community Engagement (CEC)'s role is to receive and review the funding request for on-campus events that provide cross-cultural learning experiences and education on the topics of diversity or inclusion. CEC is responsible for choosing to fund these events based on the merits and educational value of the events through the Community Engagement. Learn more about CEF.

Tuition Enhancements Committee

The Tuition Enhancements Committee (TEC) provides funding to campus entities and departments through the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) and Student-Centered Tuition Enhancements (SCTE) monies. EOF provides grants and scholarships to historically under-represented students. SCTE provides seed money for the creation and/or implementation of new programs or initiatives. Learn more about TEC.
