b The amount offered for direct unsubsidized is dependent on your direct subsidized eligibility. Between the direct subsidized and unsubsidized loan freshmen can receive $5,500 total, sophomores $6,500 total, and juniors/seniors $7,500 total.
c Independent students and dependent students, where a parent cannot borrow a Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan, may be eligible for an additional amount of direct unsubsidized of $4,000 for the freshmen/sophomore or $5,000 for junior/senior
