*Please Note: All student job opportunities within the Office of Student Financial Assistance are dependent on the applicant's eligibility for Federal Work-Study Funds. Therefore, applicants who have completed a FAFSA and are Federal Work-Study eligible will be given preference.

Peer Advisor

Serve as a customer service representative, either at the front counter or on the telephone, to include answering general and specific questions about financial aid and scholarships. Assist in completing and processing of financial aid forms, including the FAFSA. Understand and be able to navigate through KSIS to provide information on cost of attendance, budgets, Emergency Student Loans and Satisfactory Academic Progress. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding all work. Strong attention to detail is extremely important. Must exhibit an ability to work with the public to include current and future students, and parents. OPEN TO ALL MAJORS.

Employment preference will be given to applicants who are able to work over the upcoming summer and during University breaks. Completed applications can be dropped off at 104 Fairchild Hall. For more information contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance at
