University and industry communication: How to build effective communication between faculty and industry colleagues
On Tuesday March 28, K-State's Global Food Systems Initiative hosted a virutal workshop about effective communication between faculty and industry colleagues.
Industry experts from companies including BASF, Bay State Milling and KPM Analytics joined K-State faculty members to discuss how to first meet and build connections with those working in industry, the importance of listening to them to learn about their needs and how to convey the unique value you might add to meet the needs of an industry partner.
