Cayuse Sponsored Projects
The Office of the Vice President for Research uses Cayuse SP to process sponsored projects.
Cayuse SP handles sponsored project management from proposal creation to award closeout by providing a centralized system with cloud storage for all project records, offering easy access for research administrators and principal investigators.
K-State's single sign-on, or SSO, is used to manage access to Cayuse SP. K-State employees can access Cayuse SP by clicking the purple "Sign Into Cayuse" button located to the right of the screen.
To request access to the Cayuse system, please fill out the online Cayuse user request form.
To request a new sponsor in the Cayuse system, please fill out the Cayuse sponsor request form.
RADAR
Research And Discovery Activity Reporting (RADAR) provides unparalleled access to and insight into K-State research activities. Utilize the site to access various types of research-related data, including:
- Current and pending
- Protocol
- Training
Access to RADAR requires a paid Power BI license, and you must be granted access. To gain access to RADAR, or if you have any questions or need additional details, contact radar@k-state.edu
To request access to RADAR as a research administrator, please fill out the RADAR access request form - RAC Level Access.
Training
All faculty and staff are encouraged to become familiar with and utilize the new system.
