Kansas State University will maintain academic, housing, and work environments that are free of discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment and sexual violence), and retaliation.
The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) responds to reports and complaints or concerns about discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, ethnic or national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, ancestry, disability, genetic information and military or veteran status. OIE also responds to complaints of retaliation, sexual violence, dating and domestic violence, and stalking.
If an investigation is warranted, an Administrative Review Team (ART) prepares a complaint, informs the accused, interviews witnesses and obtains relevant documents, decides whether discrimination or harassment has occurred, and recommends appropriate sanctions and corrective actions, if necessary.
To start an evaluation or complaint process for any concern of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking or retaliation, complete online form below or contact the Office of Institutional Equity at 785-532-6220, 103 Edwards Hall.
