Course Scheduling Timeline
Annual (Academic Year) Timetable:
| August 1 to January 5 | Summer and Fall Schedule Build by Academic College/Departments |
| March 1 to July 31 | Spring Schedule Build by Academic College/Departments |
Semester Timetable:
Summer Semester:
| August 1 | Roll Prior Summer class sections to the next Summer semester |
| August 1 to January 5 | KSIS Scheduling open to College Designated Schedulers for section creation, updates, edits |
| January 5th to 20th |
Baseline Clean-up and initial utilization/optimization processes run Office of the Registrar reviews all 110:CSC/GUC room assignments looking for those approved college/academic departments that have a targeted Department First Preference option |
| January 21 to Summer Start (May) | All updates, edits, etc. for summer scheduling must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar |
Fall Semester:
| August 1 | Roll Prior Fall class sections to the next Fall semester |
