Academic Records Working Group
The Academic Records Working Group began as a grassroots effort initiated by College Dean’s Offices to connect the functional liaisons responsible for the day-to-day processing of student academic records. These individuals served as the primary contacts for inquiries, submissions, and procedural matters involving the Office of the Registrar.
Over time, the group has grown into a collaborative advisory body, providing a valuable forum for our schools, colleges, and campus locations to engage directly with the Office of the Registrar. Together, we discuss and help shape the policies and procedures that impact student academic records.

- Registration and Enrollment
- Academic Honors and Milestones
- Academic Standing and Dismissal
- Course Setup and Class Scheduling
- Room Scheduling
- Degree Audit and Graduation
- Grading Processes
