100-Year Celebration of the Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar celebrated 100 years at Kansas State University in 2013. Our office was created in 1913 with the appointment of Jessie McDowell Machir as the first Registrar by the Kansas Board of Regents. Since then, many technological advancements have occurred, our physical location has changed, and many different people have held the title of Registrar. Below is a sampling of the history.
