Parking Services and the K-State Police Department offer the Customer Assistance Program (CAP) to help motorists with minor vehicle issues on K-State property. The CAP can assist with the following problems:

• Keys locked inside the car.
• Low tire pressure.
• Charge batter with jumper cables.
