Payments

Using the Scan & Pay QR code on the citation is the easiest method. Simply scan the QR code to go to the payment site without logging in or creating an account. From there, you can view the citation details and make your payment.

You can also pay citations online through the K-State Parking Portal or in person at the Parking Services office at 706 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in the K-State Parking Garage. Parking Services operates from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Individuals who repeatedly park in client and reserved stalls without the proper permit, have expired meters, or fail to pay for parking in the garage will face escalating fines that will increase over time. Simply paying the same fine for each violation will no longer be an option. Repeat offenders will incur higher penalties.

Fines for parking in client and reserved stalls will begin at $55 and can escalate to a maximum of $220 if not paid. Similarly, fines for expired meters and non-payment of garage fees will start at $20 and may rise to a maximum of $160 if left unpaid.

If citations remain unpaid for more than 14 days, a $10 late fee will be added. Your vehicle may be wheel-locked if you accumulate five or more citations or have unpaid citations totaling $200 or more. Additionally, unpaid citations may result in your vehicle being traced through the Department of Motor Vehicles and reported to a collection agency.
