IT Service Desk summer schedule

The IT Service Desk will have reduced hours during the summer. If you need assistance, you can reach the IT Service Desk by phone at 800-865-6143 or 785-532-7722, or connect with us through Live Chat. For in-person support, please visit the IT Service Desk located on the second floor of Hale Library.

Service hours from May 17 through Aug. 23 are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Phone and Live Chat support are also available on Sundays from 5 to 8 p.m.

Please note that the IT Service Desk will be closed on university holidays.
