IT Service Desk summer schedule

The IT Service Desk will have reduced hours during the summer.

You can contact the IT Service Desk at 800-865-6143 or 785-532-7722 or via Live Chat. For face-to-face service, visit the IT Service Desk on the second floor of Hale Library.

Summer Hours

• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. (All Services)
• Monday-Thursday, 6-8 p.m. (Phone and Live Chat only)
• Saturday, 1-6 p.m. (Phone and Live Chat only)
• Sunday, 1-6 p.m. (All Services or Phone and Chat only when the library is closed)

The IT Knowledge Base is a collection of IT information in a single, easily accessible knowledge base that provides a one-stop-shop for customer self-service.

The IT Website lists IT resources and services available to K-State students, faculty and staff. The site includes cybersecurity tips, the status of services and updates on IT projects.
