Apply for funding to develop a new academic program

The Office of the Provost is opening the fiscal year 2027 Academic Innovation Fund application to support faculty and academic units in developing academic offerings that respond to workforce needs, expand educational access and strengthen K-State’s impact in Kansas and beyond. Executive summaries are due Oct. 1.

 

Undergraduate Research Awards

Our college offers $1,500 awards for students to do semester-long, faculty-mentored research or creative projects. These awards are offered in fall, spring and summer; the next application deadline is Nov. 1, for spring support.

 

Nominate a colleague or apply for university awards

The Provost’s Office is accepting nominations for several university awards, fellowships and institutes with early October deadlines, including the University Distinguished Professor award, the Coffman Chair for University Distinguished Teaching Scholars award, the Andrew Carnegie Fellows Program, and leadership/management institutes. Let’s make sure Arts and Sciences is represented!
