Elevate your career and impact at Manhattan's Professional Development Day
Kansas State University faculty and staff are invited to attend the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce's second annual Professional Development Day from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at the Manhattan Conference Center, attached to the Hilton Garden Inn.
Professional Development Day is sponsored in part by K-State's Office of the President and supported by the university's Human Resources department. It provides K-State employees with a unique opportunity to attend or send staff to a day of professional development that applies to various experience levels and interests.
Development day programming focuses on five themes: leadership, technology, early career, community and small business, and entrepreneurship. Attendees can join multiple breakout sessions focused on these themes to help elevate their careers and impact.
Attendees will learn from dynamic speakers, including John Wirtz, cofounder of Hudl, one of the world's leading sports performance analysis companies, and Kevin Lockett, former K-State and NFL football player and partner at Fulcrum Global Capital.
Registration is required and costs $150. This includes a full day of professional development, two keynotes, lunch and networking.
