Adobe Creative Cloud access for student employees

Departments can request licenses for student employees who need access to Adobe Creative Cloud for their job functions. A removal ticket must be submitted when a student's employment ends or if they no longer require access to the programs. Please remember to remove access for former student employees during the summer.

To request access for a student employee, complete the Adobe order form. Once you submit the form, processing your request may take two to three business days. You will receive an email from Adobe letting you know that access has been granted once your request is processed.

Examples of approved uses for student employees include communication assistants using Illustrator to design marketing materials, graduate teaching assistants using Lightroom or Premiere Pro to revise lecture materials, and research assistants using InDesign for faculty members' publications.

K-State students who need Adobe Creative Cloud for their coursework can access it at university computing labs, utilize one of Adobe's free programs, or purchase a subscription from Adobe or the Campus Store.

All active K-State faculty and staff receive free access to Adobe Creative Cloud to perform their job functions. If you need assistance downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud apps, view the Downloading Adobe Creative Cloud Suite knowledge base article.
