LEAD 212 Class Leaders
Our Class Leaders create transformational learning experiences at K-State through small groups called Learning Communities. Students in LEAD 212: Introduction to leadership concepts, are divided into Learning Communities at the beginning of their semester.
Class Leaders facilitate small group discussions, lead active-learning exercises, create a learning community with their students and perform administrative functions (such as grading, attendance, etc). Class Leaders are essential mentors who build relationships in their Learning Community and help students see their own capacity to practice leadership.
If you are interested in applying to become a Class Leader, or if you have general questions, email Tamara Bauer at tamara@ksu.edu.
