Summer 2023 - New Student Orientation Students
'Cats Connect brings small groups of 4-7 students together to develop meaningful relationships with each other and feel more connected to the K-State community. You’ll meet with other incoming students over the course of three 1-hour sessions.
During each session everyone will have the opportunity to respond to a series of fun and thought-provoking questions. Your group will have a small group facilitator who is a current K-State student and can also answer questions you have about your transition to K-State. ‘Cats Connect groups will meet via Zoom so you can join from wherever you are!
Sign-up for the session that best works with your schedule (as a reminder, you'll meet for one hour for three consecutive weeks):
- SESSION 1: Begins the week of June 19. Register by June 14.
- SESSION 2: Begins the week of July 10. Register by July 4.
- SESSION 3 : Begins the week of July 24. Register by July 24.
Weekly Meeting Time Choices
Groups will meet at the same time for ALL three weeks. Times listed are in Central Daylight Time (CDT):
- Tuesdays 10-11 a.m.
- Tuesdays noon - 1 p.m.
- Wednesdays 1-2 p.m.
- Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m.
- Thursdays 11 a.m. - noon
- Thursdays 7:30-8:30 p.m.
- Saturdays 5- 6 p.m.
- Sundays 7- 8 p.m.
