Staley School Ambassadors

Recruit, promote, educate

Ambassadors recruit students to the Staley School of Leadership, promote the school's mission and goals, and educate campus and community members about leadership.

Students advancing the Staley School mission

Comprised of around 35 students enrolled in Staley School undergraduate academic programs, we serve the school in a variety of ways:

  • Promote the school to current and prospective students at events such as Admitted Wildcat Days, Powercat Preview Days, K-State Days and campus visits
  • Help faculty and staff share the benefits of leadership studies with the community
  • Publicize upcoming programs and special events
  • Provide continual feedback to faculty and staff, and represent student interests and concerns

What will you do as an Ambassador?

  • Represent the Staley School at tabling events to promote what we do to current K-State students and prospective students
  • Host campus visit sessions with prospective students and their guests at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Berney Family Welcome Center (as students' schedules allow)
  • Facilitate leadership development activities with community members of all ages - from preschool and up.
