Kansas State University Applied Learning Experiences to Host Second Annual “cALEbrate” Event

Kansas State University Applied Learning Experiences is pleased to announce that its second annual cALEbrate event will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, bringing together students, faculty, and staff to recognize and celebrate excellence in applied learning across the university.

The K‑State community is invited to gather in community at the Leadership Studies Building, McVay Family Town Hall, beginning at 4:30 p.m. The program will highlight impactful applied learning initiatives across campus and honor the achievements of faculty, staff, and students advancing applied learning at Kansas State University.

As part of the celebration, nominated student and faculty speakers will share their experiences and insights, offering perspectives on how applied learning has shaped their academic, professional, and community engagement journeys. Those in attendance will have the ability to interact with students who are engaged with an applied learning experience in 2025-26.

Following the formal program, guests will enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks. The event will conclude at 6:30 p.m.
