Applied Learning Experiences Intern

Next-Gen Strategic Plan Imperative Description:

In September 2023, under the leadership of President Linton, the Next-Gen K-State Strategic Plan was launched. This bold plan aims to achieve 10 key imperatives by 2030, our initiative being third of ten: “We will provide every degree-seeking student with applied learning experiences before they graduate, fulfilling our commitment to prepare students for life beyond K-State starting early in their college experience.”

Following this plan's launch, a team was formed to define applied learning at K-State and create a plan to meet our 2030 goal. The Applied Learning Experiences Student Intern provides student perspective, capacity expansion, and student leadership to the team.
