The President's Committee on Religion, Spirituality and Nonreligious Diversity presents the global observance information for Nov. 13-19. 

World Kindness Day: Random Acts of Kindness — Monday, Nov. 13. Tradition: World Pantheist Movement. Day encouraging kindness throughout the year, celebrated with random acts of kindness on the day.

Nativity Fast — Wednesday, Nov. 15, through Sunday, Dec. 24. Tradition: Christianity-Orthodox. Period of ascetic discipline in preparation for the celebration of Christmas — the Feast of the Nativity.

International Day for Tolerance — Thursday, Nov. 16. Tradition: World Pantheist Movement. United Nations promulgated international observance of religious tolerance.

American Indian/Indigenous Heritage Month, Nov. 1-30. 

The President's Committee on Religious, Spiritual and Nonreligious Diversity welcomes those of all global religious, spiritual and nonreligious commitments.
