Movies on the Grass presents 2021 fall films

Submitted by Charlene Brownson

Movies on the Grass announces new dates for the 2021 fall series: Sundays, Sept. 12, 19 and 26 at 8 p.m.

We are glad to be back this semester to present to you this year's featured movies. We hope that you can join us. Due to equipment logistics, all films will be shown indoors. At this time, all locations require the wearing of face masks. Please be respectful and follow safety protocol procedures when viewing our films. More information is available on the PDF flyer.

All films are free and open to the public.

Sept. 12 — "Rutherford Falls" and movie discussion, Town Hall at the Leadership Studies Building. Join us for a viewing of the first two episodes followed by the opportunity to talk with one of the creators and writers of the series, Sierra Teller Ornelas.

Sept. 19 — "Ice On Fire," Town Hall at the Leadership Studies Building. "Should be essential viewing for anyone who plans to carry on living on the planet..."-Wendy Ide, Screen International.

Sept. 26 — "The Human Element" and panel discussion, Sunset Zoo in Manhattan. Following the movie, join us for a movie discussion with writer/film subject expert James Balog.
