2020 International Coordinating Council Photo Contest results

The International Coordinating Council announces the winners of its 2020 photo contest. While there were many creative entries, three winners were selected by the judges for first, second and third places. Group photos were taken before the pandemic. 

Manoj Chhetri, graduate student in horticulture and natural resources, has been awarded first place; Adelaide Delali Klutse, graduate student in family studies and human services, has been awarded second place; and Dashzeveg Bold, graduate student in pathobiology, has been awarded third place.

How do you represent your hometown culture to the K-State family: "Kids' lives are full of adventure and what's more, when you can celebrate festivals from your home country and new country. Sohum and Vivan enjoying Holi, a festival of colors at Jardine Firth Plaza, Manhattan, KS."

How do you represent your hometown culture to the K-State family: "By wearing traditionally patterned fabric about 70% of the time, I show my culture to the K-State community. For me, this combined patterned dress shows how diversity makes my country Ghana and the world beautiful. Do you know every fabric pattern sends a unique message?"
