Research volunteers needed

The Applied Physiology and Sports Medicine Laboratory in the food, nutrition, dietetics and health department is seeking volunteers to participate in a study investigating the effectiveness of recovery modalities following a barbell back squat exercise protocol.

Eligible volunteers include healthy males, ages 18-30 years old, who are currently participating in resistance training that includes the use of a barbell back squat at least one to two times per week.

Benefits of the study include financial compensation, body composition assessment, lower body strength assessment and functional performance assessment.
