Vice provost for enrollment management candidate finalists

The search committee announces four finalists who will interview for the vice provost for enrollment management position and invite you to attend the open forums presented by each candidate.  

  • Karen Goos, interim vice provost for enrollment management at the University of Central Missouri, will interview Aug. 29-30. The open forum will be from 2-3:30 p.m. on Aug. 30 in the K-State Alumni Center Ballroom. 
  • Lisa Blazer, senior associate vice provost for academic innovation at the University of Texas at San Antonio, will interview Sept. 3-4. The open forum will be from 2-3:30 p.m. on Sept. 4 in the K-State Alumni Center Ballroom. 
  • Richard Toomey, associate vice president of enrollment management at Indiana State University, will interview Sept. 4-5. The open forum will be from 2-3:30 p.m. on Sept. 5 in Town Hall at the Leadership Studies Building.
  • Rick Barth, assistant vice president for academic affairs at the University of Alabama, will interview Sept. 9-10. The open forum will be from 2-3:30 p.m. on Sept. 10 in the K-State Alumni Center Ballroom.

K-Staters are encouraged to review the application materials and attend each open forum and Q&A session titled, "Mobilizing Student-Centered Strategic Enrollment Management at Kansas State University." 

Application materials and itinerary for each candidate are available on the Office of the Provost search website. Please be prepared to enter your K-State eID and password to access the information. 

For those unable to attend in-person, the open forums will be streamed live and archived on the provost's search website. There also will be an online candidate feedback survey on that website. Each feedback survey will close at 5 p.m. two days following each candidate's on-campus interview and the presentation will be removed from the website at that time.  

Oral or written feedback on the candidates may also be directed to members of the search committee. Please provide feedback no later than Thursday, Sept. 12.
