University Honors Program seeks student mentors

Submitted by Olivia Rogers

University Honors Program students are encouraged to apply to become an Honors Mentor for the 2019-2020 school year.

Mentors will work one-on-one with younger students in the Honors program to provide advice, guidance and camaraderie. Mentors will build their communication and leadership skills through connecting with their mentee. Additionally, professional development opportunities through the K-State Academic Achievement Center will be offered.

Please apply by 11:59 p.m. Saturday, March 16, by filling out a brief survey.

If your application is accepted, a member of the Honors Executive Board will reach out to you to schedule an in-person interview.

If you have questions or concerns, contact Olivia Rogers, mentorship coordinator, at ocrogers9901@k-state.edu.
