The Kansas State University Pollution Prevention Institute is seeking applications from students majoring in engineering, environmental science or other relevant physical sciences for 2019 summer internships. The deadline for submission has been extended to Monday, Feb. 11, at close of business.

Applicants must be junior level or higher.

Interns will be paired with Kansas companies to research and develop projects that will prevent pollution by reducing usage of energy, water and toxic chemicals while producing recommendations to help the environment, save money and improve workplaces.

The online application for this internship program is available at sbeap.org/intern-program/intern-app

Interviews will take place Feb. 20-21. For questions or further information, contact Lynelle Ladd at lladd@k-state.edu or 800-578-8898.
