Network and Telecommunications Services provides telephone and voicemail services to faculty and staff, as well as academic and departmental units at K-State. Service to individual students in the Residence Halls and Jardine Apartments is no longer offered.

New requests

New requests must be submitted via a work order.

Requests may include moving a line, adding voicemail, disconnecting a line, making changes to your listing, changing billing information, or changing a voicemail password.

Call 785-532-7111 for telephone or network repair problems.

Note: You do not need to submit a work order for repair services, but you must submit a work order when changing or adding new services.
