An internal mailing list is good for when you need to email a selected audience of K-Staters frequently. On this form, you will select the audience and K-State ITS will ensure that the list is populated and updated with those who meet your criteria. This form must be filled out by a full-time K-State faculty/staff member who will serve as the Primary owner and will be responsible for the list. This mailing list is only set up for K-State colleges, departments, and other academic or administrative units.
If you only need to email a selected audience once, a K-State e-note may be more cost effective than an internal fee-based mailing list. Purchasing approval must be given before the mailing list is created.
See the LISTSERV Mailing Lists at K-State for more information about mailing lists.
Cost: (fee will be waived for academic projects)
Option 1: Auto-updated internal mailing list
Option 2: Basic internal mailing list
Approximate processing time: 3 business days

By submitting this form, you are requesting to be the primary and maintenance owner of this list. You can add more owners after the list is created, if needed.
