Zoom Video Conferencing

K-Staters can use Zoom to host online meetings via video, audio, phone, and chat. Zoom is the approved, secure conferencing system for hosting K-State academic and administrative events, is FERPA compliant, and can be used to connect with K-Staters and those outside of the K-State community.

To sign into Zoom using your K-State eID, visit https://zoom.ksu.edu/profile or use the Zoom app. Select the SSO option in the Zoom app to access the K-State eID sign-in page, and then use ksu for the domain.

Zoom features include audio, video, chat, polling, screen sharing, interactive whiteboards, breakout rooms, archive recording, and auto transcripts for up to 300 participants (500 available by request using the TDX request form). Zoom works in web browsers, Windows and Apple computers, iOS and Android devices, and H.323 and SIP systems for conference rooms.
