Submitting a Project Evaluation Request begins the K-State IT process of evaluating needs, resources, and determining a path forward towards project execution. If the initiative is small with a limited impact, the request is reviewed and assigned to the IT resource team for completion. If the initiative is large with a wide scope of impact, the request is reviewed by the Project Governance Group (PGG) for review, approval, and prioritization. The Project Management Office (PMO) facilitates these reviews and approvals, as well as managing some of those initiatives.
