Matthew grew up in a small town in rural southern Arkansas, but always had dreams of traveling the world. Following his passion for world travel, Matthew studied abroad three times while earning his BA at Arkansas State University, spending semesters in each of Spain, Argentina and Colombia. Following the completion of his MA, Matthew spent time teaching English in Colombia, Poland and Brazil. Matthew loves learning about new cultures and meeting new people. His hobbies include reading, playing video games, and researching new travel destinations.
