Supervisors' Priorities for Employees
All K-State supervisors were asked to select professional development needs and opportunities for both themselves and their direct reports. The graphic below displays the five most selected topics and the percentage of supervisors who saw it as a priority for their employees. The five charts at the right illustrate topics that were within the top one-third of supervisors’ responses, and therefore indicate higher priority. A total of 451 supervisors had the opportunity to respond to this question. These topics have been sorted into the five major categories of the Professional Development Needs Assessment.
