There were 443 responses to the question, “Please provide any additional feedback on how Learning and Development in Human Resources can assist you and/or your department in achieving your professional development needs in the box below.” This number corresponds to 28 percent of the total participants who completed the 2017 Professional Development Needs Assessment.
