Job Title Search

The compensation structure is an important part of a compensation program that supports competitive and equitable pay. K-State’s compensation structure includes unclassified professional staff and university support staff job titles. Pay grades are associated with each job title and are based on established market data. Market-based ranges are determined by Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness through a review of job duties being performed.

Some staff job titles utilized at K-State are not part of the compensation structure but must be submitted for review by COE to ensure appropriate classification. A list of these additional job titles can be found here.

More information on compensation terminology at K-State can be found in the compensation structure glossary.
