Notice of Labor Condition Application/Labor Certification Filings

The Department of Labor requires employers to notify its workforce of its intention to hire an H-1B worker or to sponsor a worker for permanent residency through labor certification. Below, please find the posting for the Labor Conditions Applications/Labor Certification Applications for H-1B non-immigrant workers and workers sponsored for labor certification.

For H-1B's: "Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor."
