Session Description: Serving on a search committee? This session will provide recommended guidelines and resources to search committee members and hiring managers. There are interactive tools embedded to enhance the participants experience.
Session Objectives: As a result of this session, participants will:
- Emphasize the importance of maintaining fair and consistent practices for the recruitment, interview, and selection process
- Learn roles and responsibilities of search committee and interview panels
- Acknowledge the importance of maintaining confidentiality to ensure the credibility of a fair and consistent search process
