Session Description:  Implementation of consistent and appropriate pay practices are instrumental to our ability to attract, recruit and retain top talent, and to ensure compliance with appropriate rules, regulations, and laws. This session will teach you how to apply pay practices for staff employees using a compensation structure. 

Session Objectives:  As a result of this session, participants will:

  • Learn best practices for paying employees within established pay ranges. 
  • Understand the purpose, guidelines, and application of working titles. 
  • Know when to request a reclassification.
