Important information for ceremony guests is below.

Ticketing and Entry

Each graduate, who RSVPd by April 26, will be provided eight guest tickets to allow for social distancing within the stadium. Learn more about ticketing procedures and how to secure tickets.

Athletics clear bag policy will be enforced for all guests at all ceremonies.

Guests are encouraged to bring either an unopened bottle of water or an empty clear water bottle to refill in the stadium.

Umbrellas will be permitted in the event there is rain.

Location and parking

Manhattan spring ceremonies will be hosted in the Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

Tailgating of any kind is not permitted throughout the weekend.

South West Gate D (PDF) and South East Gate M (PDF) will open one hour prior to each ceremony for guest entrance.

Guests will exit using North West Gate A (PDF) and North East Gate V (PDF) after ceremony conclusion.

Seating and safety protocols

Face coverings are required for students and all others participating in commencement ceremonies. Physical distancing is also required.

Ceremony duration

We anticipate ceremonies lasting 90-120 minutes to allow for optimal cleaning between ceremonies.
