Kansas State University is looking forward to welcoming you at commencement. Below please find helpful information as you plan for the day.
Order Flowers
Commencement Flowers is the official provider of flowers for K-State Commencement. Pop-up stands will be stationed at Bramlage Coliseum. To further contribute to a safe and efficient environment for graduates, guests, and faculty, Commencement Flowers strongly encourages customers to take advantage of their online service. Pickup is available at Bramlage Coliseum for customers who preorder online.

Ticket and Entry
For both Manhattan and Salina graduations tickets are not required for guest attendance. Doors will open one hour prior to the first ceremony and remain open for guests to come and go as needed the remainder of the day. Seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Manhattan Commencement:
- Graduates enter through the southwest and southeast doors of Bramlage Coliseum.
- Graduates will be given a GradPass to aid with check-in the day of the ceremony, but this is NOT a ticket.
- Guests enter through northwest and northeast doors.
Salina Commencement:
- Graduates will gather on the upper track in the Student Life Center.
- Guest enter through the main entrance of the Student Life Center.
Location and parking
Manhattan ceremonies will be hosted in Bramlage Coliseum. The Salina ceremony will be hosted at the Student Life Center.
Food and Drink
No outside food or drinks are allowed at the ceremonies.
Ceremony duration
Ceremonies are anticipated to last 60-90 minutes.

Prohibited Items
Please note that there is no clear bag policy for the commencement events.
- Signs, posters, banners, etc.
- Balloons
- Alcoholic beverages or controlled substances
- Flower Vases
- Cans, glass, bottles, ice chests, coolers, picnic baskets and insulated beverage containers (see Containers and Coolers)
- Possession or use of explosives (including fireworks)
- Food and/or beverages
- Noisemakers and laser pointers
- Live animals (except Guide and Service Dogs)
- Large flags, flagpoles and items obstructing sightlines
- Oversized strollers
- Throwing of any objects
- Standing in aisles
- Umbrellas
