Guest do not need tickets for the event.
RSVP's are not be required for attendance at commencement ceremonies. We look forward to welcoming all graduates able to attend their commencement ceremony.
There are not assigned seats at Bramlage Coliseum or the Student Life Center. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Because of the size of the venue, there will be plenty of seating for those who wish to attend.
Venue doors open one hour prior to ceremony. Bramlage Coliseum will open one hour prior to first ceremony and remain open for guests to come and go as needed the remainder of the day.
Graduates should plan to arrive one-hour in advance of their ceremony and bring their printed GradPass with them.
Ceremonies may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather. Further information will be distributed closer to the event if there appears to be a likelihood of a weather storm or other event.
Ceremonies are anticipated to last approximately 60-90 minutes.
Yes, family and friends can view a live stream of each ceremony by clicking on the live stream link located on the ceremony schedule. Ceremonies will also be recorded for future viewings.
Students that have applied for graduation may participate in commencement. Questions regarding exceptions should be directed to the College Dean's Office or Graduate School.
Summer applicants may participate in spring or fall ceremonies the year they graduate.

The Registrar’s Office will mail diplomas at the conclusion of each term and after degrees are officially awarded in KSIS. Diplomas will be mailed to the diploma address listed in each graduate's KSIS account. Please review this information to ensure your graduation materials are sent to the correct address.
