Communication and Marketing Specialist

• Works with all Graduate School team members to strategize effective communication to support Graduate School mission and connect with constituents- prospective graduate students, current graduate students, alumni, faculty and staff, and donors.
• Writes news releases, K-State Today announcements, K-Stater articles, and features for student and faculty awards.
• Publishes Graduate School Alumni e-newsletter
• Develops social media strategy and oversees posting and engagements
• Maintains Graduate School website

Julia earned dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Management from K-State's College of Business. With a background spanning web design and marketing strategy, she also has a passion for entrepreneurship and travel. She recently returned from living abroad in the Netherlands and is excited to be back with the K-State family.
