Office Specialist III

• Coordinates Graduate Council meetings and sub-committee meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
• Processes nominations for graduate faculty membership and non-graduate faculty to teach graduate courses
• Updates Graduate Catalog
• Creates and distributes Graduate School weekly email to graduate program administrators, faculty, and staff
• Processes graduate-level course and curriculum items submitted through Curriculog
• Assists Graduate School Dean with distributing doctoral committee outside chair requests
• Assists Graduate School Associate Dean with Graduate Program Review
• Manages Graduate School listservs for department heads, graduate program directors, and program contact staff

Timon is originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts – Performance from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Timon is retired from the Army, having spent his years of service first as a Cavalry Scout and then an Armor Officer. He has three children with whom he enjoys outside activities, creative projects, and ice cream. Especially ice cream. Timon also enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, TV and films, and home improvement projects.
